Fitness <3

Want to get that tight, toned, tummy? If yes, you have came to the right place! This post is going to show you important tips, foods, quotes and exercises to get you dream body. Keep reading!

*the 10 mostmpowerful exercises are running, biking, step aerobics, swimming, skipping, the elliptical maching, dancing (intense), boxing weight exercises and yoga.

*to have a good weight, a healthy life and to feel good you must have regular exercising, healthy eating, and positive thinking.

*eat slowly and have 5 meals a day

My Tumblr Dairy

Well, I have recently found my new obsession. I kind of made it up too- I guess. Anyways, I called it (drum roll please) 'My Tumblr Dairy'. It holds all of my favorite quotes, foods, fashion, pictures and heaps more. It's really easy to make. Here's how......

-go onto tumblr on your computer and also open up aword doc (Or another notes application)
- now open tumblr and look for photos and quotes that catch your eye. 
- copy and paste them on to your word doc, try to fit as many on a page as possible.
- make sure that they are a reasonable size so you can see them
- now print them off
- cut out your pictures and stick them onto some thick paper (thin cardboard)
- that's all

P.S. you may want to do a title page, I will show you mine down below to give you an idea of it. :)) ( the first page is my title page)

Now you can have a book of all the things YOU like.

DIY phone case

DIY phone case

You will need:
•clear phone case- to suit your phone
•paper- plain/patterned
•pens or pencils
•scissors

How to:
~place your case face down on the paper and draw a line around the outside of it.
~cut that out
~place inside case and turn over
~ draw a line around the inside of the camera hole
~cut that out- or use and exacto knife
~decorate (if needed)
~place in case
~done!

Bottom Layer:
•2 cups of frozen mango
•1 cup of coconut water
•2 tbsp of yoghurt
•1 cup of ice
•3 frozen bananas

Blend all together🌀

Top Layer:
•1cup of frozen papayas

Blend- add to bottom layer.
