*to have a good weight, a healthy life and to feel good you must have regular exercising, healthy eating, and positive thinking.

*eat slowly and have 5 meals a day
*drinks at least 12 glasses of water a day

Also if you want to stick to a routine- go to the AppStore, google play, play store (an app downloader) and search workouts or fitness. It should come up with a range of different things, and hopefully you can find one to suit you and your level of fitness.
